I have decided to take an adventure and cook through a cookbook. It is called ”Get In There and Cook!”. I remember talking about it in one of my entries and now I KNOW I can do it. So, to take this one-hundred recipe adventure with a deadline of one year, I know it will take confidence, patience, and TALENT! Since I have all of those things!,
I’m GONNA DO IT! I’ll always keep my mottoes with me: ” No matter what happens in the kitchen, NEVER EVER EVER apologize!” By Julia Child and, “YUMMY!!!!” by me! Wish me luck and “BON Appetite!” 1 year and one hundred recipes!

I work with your Mom at the library and I just want you to know that you are doing a great job! I love all of the goodies that your Mom so kindly brings in to share! They are always such a treat! Keep up the good work and “Bon
Appetite!”

Thanks! I enjoy making them! Yep, it would be nice to see you! Hope you can too! Awesome!!!!
I am almost a lost for words. Your project was so much more than I expected. I don’t know what I really expected but I am so impressed. Not only with your culinary skills but also with your communication, verbal and expressive skills, I just think it is so wonderful how you seem to ahve no fear in the things you tacle.
I know a lot of people that would never even try to cook filet mignon, lamb and polenta.
I just want you to know that you have one happy and proud grandpa here in Fl., whose smile is beaming and chest is about to explode.
Keep up the good work and I am sure God will lead you anywhere He wants you to go.
All my love,
Grandpa Ronn
Thank you so much Grandpa Ron! That’s so sweet! You sure do know how to give some encouraging words! That was a great comment! You are so sweet! Thanks! I love you!
I met your mom at an open house on December 4th and she is “One Proud Mama”. I know I would be too if I had a daughter that loved to cook. I actually sell Pampered Chef and the reason I chose that as my home business is because of my love for cooking. I always like to try new things. I commend you on your talent and wish you all the luck in your future. Keep me in mind when you open your first restaurant…I want to come try all your delicious food! In fact, my oldest son just told me tonight that I talk about food too much. He said, “Why can’t you just eat it?”. I told him because I’m a food connoisseur and there’s more to enjoy about food that just eating it…tasting all the ingredients and figuring out what’s in the dish is fun! May God take you far in your career!
I absolutely LOVE Pampered chef! Every time I look in the catalog there is ALWAYS something that I want! I love pampered chef, and I’m not exactly sure who came up with it… but whoever did, I wanna be like that person some day! I want to come out with my own cooking supplies too… that’s always been one of my dreams… creating, designing, and making my own cooking stuff! Spoons, pots, pans, bowls… EVERYTHING! But if I do make it to my hugest dream of all… Food Network, then I probably will! Thanks for the sweet comment! I hope to meet you some day. My mom has said some very nice things about you to me, and I can tell you are nice just reading this comment! And what you said about “There’s more to enjoying food then just eating it… realizing all the ingredients, and figuring out what’s actually in it” i totally agree! I’ll keep that little “quote” I guess you could call it, in my head all the time! I like it! Thanks!

Oh yeah… the rice pilaf is good. I would suggest though once you’re done cooking it, to put a tad bit of water in it, because it gets really dry. So try that and tell me how it works!
Lol! that’s funny!!!
